Meeting Report of 164th Regular Meeting on August 15, 2020

We had a regular meeting on ZOOM on Aug 15th.

We had four guests .

Moreover, 3 people are from overseas! Amazing! Special to ZOOM!

Word of the day is "enthusiastic"

Toastmaster of the day: TM Akiko

She could manage the role of meeting and prepared.  Great job!

Best Speaker Award: TM Yamaguchi

He taught and made us make sure practice is important by using the example of great man. Congratulations!

Best Table Topics Award: TM Hisako

The question was "If you live only one week like cicada,what do you want to do?"

She talked us she would do different things every day.She is full of vitality and her story was very interesting! Thank you! 

Best Evaluator Award: TM Fuyo

She evaluated TM Yamaguch.

She pointed out his speech express our life experience. Great job!

We had a regular meeting at Tokyo Voluntary Action Center in Iidabashi on Aug 1st.

He loves golf. Everyone loves his phrase "No golf,No life" Congratulations!

She is a guest. She talked that she lived in Malaysia. She would like to go to Malaysia and talk with her friends after COVID-19 down break(things return to normal).Good and Congratulations!

Best Evaluator Award: TM katow

He evaluated TM Hida. He advised to him to use body language by using his action.

Meeting Report of 161th Regular Meeting on July 04, 2020

We had a regular meeting at Tokyo Voluntary Action Center in Iidabashi on July 4th.

This is the first day new officers are assigned. New officers!

He prepared the role, so the meeting very smoothly proceeded.  Great job!

Best Speaker Award: TM Akiko

This is the first time for her to get the award of  a prepared speech. Congratulations! The speech title is "boost your immunity"

Best Table Topics Award: TM Jin

She is a guest as Area Director. Thank you for letting know us when you feel the summer. A watermelon is seasonable fruit and good!

Best Evaluator Award: TM Hiroe

She evaluated TM Katow. She advised him to have a trouble like the projector didn't work.  Excellent!

Meeting Report of 160th Regular Meeting on Jun 20, 2020

Thank you for coming to our website.

We, cosmos TMC, had the152th regular meeting on Jun 20, 2020.

This is our short report of the meeting.

Toastmaster of the day: TM Akiko Kato

This is the first time for her to do a role, TMoD.  She sufficiently prepared the role, so the meeting very smoothly proceeded.  Great job!

Best Speaker Award: TM Haruki

This is the first time for him to do a prepared speech.  Although, he got a prise "Best Speaker Award" the first time.  Amazing!

Best Table Topics Award: TM Itaru

He was asked about what he wants now. It was to go to his office and work there. He has not commuted to his office since March by Wuhan virus.  Awesome!

Best Evaluator Award: TM Shigetaka

He evaluated TM Ken.  He advised him to focus on one topic in his speech.  He spoke some personal topics, but the speech was vague.  Excellent!
